Under the high frequency vibration of the high-speed operation of the vibrator (or vibration motor), the grinding media in the grinding cylinder (rods, stick or ball) makes intense ejection movement, high speed self-rotation movement and slow revolution movement, having an impact, friction, shear effect onto the materials spreading, making the material ultrafine grinding and mixing.
　● Suitable for various kinds of hard and soft materials’ micron grade crushing with Moh's hardness below 9.
　● Product particle size can be adjusted through the feeding amount, grinding medium size distribution, amplitude and other means to change and the product with narrower or finer particle size distribution can be obtained in series with the grader.
　● Grinding medium and liner can be made of high manganese steel, chrome steel, stainless steel, alumina, zirconia, silica and other special materials, which has wear resistance and less pollution.
　● Water cooling or strong cooling method crushing could be adopted for heat sensitive and low melting point materials.
　● Can be used for mixing, surface modification and activation, etc.
　● Can be made according to GMP requirements, which applies in medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, food, health care products manufacturer or research institutes laboratory.
　● Air spring or rubber spring is adopted in alternative for hard spring, which has long service life, good vibration damping effect and low noise.
