ZSJ series mechanical fusion machine enables two substances to be integrated together completely fully using the form of physical processing, which is a kind of brand-new concept. By use of external mechanical force, a material is completely dependent (or set) on another material, so as to form a new kind of material. The new material contains the characteristics of such two kinds of materials.
A vibrating compactor can also be used for rounding remoulding of particles. The generated particles not only have a certain roundness, but also the bulk density can be increased.
Another purpose of the vibrating compactor is used as mixing machine. As a general powder mixing machine has a limited degree of homogenization, a small batch of individual additive cannot be evenly dispersed in the powder. A traditional solution is to increase the amount of additives. However, if the value of the additive itself is very high, or it will cause other side effects, such a mechanical fusion machine can be used to replace the traditional way of mixing.
